Named after one of the most well-known Tequila producing towns, Arandas is a high-quality mixto Tequila. A popular mixing Tequila, Arandas is bottled in a distinctive textured bottle adorned with Mayan hieroglyphic symbols.

Tequila was probably the first spirit to have been produced in the new world, and like Cognac, it must originate from a small, delimited region of the world. Produced from the Tequilana weber blue agave plant, a relative of the lily, Tequila is now generally available as either a mixto (contains the minimum 51% agave plus neutral spirits) or a 100% agave, super-premium type.
