The Sestante (Sextant) IGT is a wine produced in small quantities from Syrah grapes harvested by hand and carefully selected. Our vineyards are located in the territory of Radda in Chianti, at an altitude of about 400 above sea level, exposed to the south. The combination of microclimate, soil and selection gives a wine rich in bouquet, quite tannic, suitable for a prolonged aging. The bottle must be open at least 1 hour before serving, keeping it at room temperature.

This wine represents Nobility in liquid! The blue and red fruit displayed along with red pepper, licorice, tobacco leaf and milk chocolate nuances harmoniously compose this distinctive red gem. Enjoy tonight with a nice array of mature cheeses, braised or roasted meats or dry mixed nuts.
