Inviting aromas of blackberry, black tea and hints of leather begin the nose of this Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is concentrated and structured with a ripe fruit core of dark berry fruit. The palate is round and full and leads to a lingering finish.
Sonoma County's coastal climate, soils and complex terrain of small valleys, benchlands and hillsides interact to create prime conditions for growing grapes. This diversity of growing conditions enables several grape varieties to excel in the region, including Cabernet Sauvignon. For this bottling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec grapes were drawn from vineyards in Knights Valley, Alexander Valley, Sonoma Valley and Dry Creek Valley appellations to craft this superior Cabernet Sauvignon.
