All flavors are crafted around the layered sake flavors of our Junmai Ginjo Oregon brewed sake. No skimping on flavor and quality with Moonstone. Rice milled to 60%, hand-worked koji, proper aging, all of what makes a sake truly fine goes into Moonstone. Once our sakemaster (Greg Lorenz) is happy with his brew all natural proprietary Raspberry flavor is added just prior to bottling to maintain character. The results are wonderful and Moonstone is steadily gaining new fans around the globe.
