Chapeau Peche Lambic Beer - Since many decades, the brewers of the Senne valley have been brewing Lambic. In the 19th century they created several fruit beers. The cherry beer Lambic was the first or one of the first. The Chapeau Peche is made on base of Lambic, a artisanal traditional product which age in oaken barrels.
We are an unique Belgian artisan beer brewery of fruit beers that started more then 100 years ago. Brewery De Troch is a pioneer in its work, in making the one of a kind Lambic fruit beers as Chapeau Banana, Chapeau Exotic and many others.
