A blend of Marlborough fruit from the Rapaura area, Lower Wairau and the Brancott Valley. Cool fermented in stainless steel to retain lively, fresh fruit. This has a lifted, elegant nose showing passionfruit, blackcurrant and green herbs. The palate has excellent passionfruit sorbet and ripe grapefruit flavours with a touch of perfectly integrated gooseberry. The acidity carries through to the finish with some striking minerality
