The grapes used for this 100% Chardonnay are picked from a select vineyard in the pre dawn hours. This wine is rich and full flavored with crisp acidity and aromas that evoke white tropical fruit. The wine was Barrel fermented and aged for 8 months in large, 400 liter French oak barrrels. This allowed the wine to achieve a desired elegant texture on the mid palate with a nice and sophisticated mineral acidity. With a pleasant finish this wine is an easy match for light meat dishes, chicken and fish.
