This wine is made from 67% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 33% Chardonnay grapes grown in our top quality vineyards, located in the Judean Hills. The must was fermented in controlled cold temperature stainless steel tanks for several weeks. This process enhances maximum extraction of fruity and citrus aromas.
