Clos Cancaillau Cuvee Gourmadise Jurancon 1995 is a buttery sweet dessert wine made from a very small region. Lightly honeyed melon, pear and fig on nose and palate. The grapes get their sweetness from passerillage (aging on the vine), rather than from noble rot. This wine is beautiful on the nose with pineapple and cinnamon that entice you to try it. On the palate, it is just beautiful honey, almond paste that is not too sweet. 100% from Petit Manseng.
